Application Tips

We take all applications and review them one-by-one. It's OK if it's not perfect, we will still review your application. There's another stage after this where you can submit more details and photos, but if you want to improve the excitement around your application, here are a few tips for this initial submission:

  • Submit natural photos with minimal editing

  • Give us as the raw, real details about you

  • Share the link that says the most about you

  • Be honest about your industry

  • Be unique, and don't overthink it

Our Process

After we receive and review this initial application, you will either be selected to move forward, or held for future consideration. We never delete anyone - because we know EVERYONE brings something unique and there's a perfect fit for you somewhere.

During Stage 2 - if selected - you will give us a ton more detail, links, images, etc. and book a meeting with our Founder, Ryan Rydell.
